Kind regards Samantha replied22 hours ago 5 stars, already did! 37Mats replied22 hours ago Hello Samantha, You're very welcome! If you happen to have some spare time please consider rating my theme on Themeforest! Kind regards Samantha replied1 day ago on Monday at 4:43pm Mats, you're awesome!!! Thank you for taking the time to do this. I got distracted by work for a week, but I just added the child theme, and it works exactly as I described. Much better interaction for portfolio viewing in my opinion. Very much appreciate you taking the time to help! 37Mats replied1 week ago on January 9, 2017 at 5:49am Hello Samantha, This child theme has the changes. It should fully work now!Only thing I added is a code inside functions.php and added single.php in the child theme. Now it should work as you intended it to. Kind regards Attached files: minima-child.zip1 LikeSamantha replied1 week ago on January 8, 2017 at 8:26pm Hi Mats, I just placed these files into my child theme, putting the template-tags file into an "inc" folder similar to the parent theme. Other than these files, my child theme has only the adjustments you gave me to prevent scroll trigger errors on mobile. With these files, the work pages display nothing (visuals attached). Please let me know if I need to do something differently to test! Thanks. I would like the work at the top of the portfolio screen (i.e. the most recently posted work) to have "next" at the bottom of its work page, and the work at the bottom of the portfolio screen (i.e. the least recently posted work) to have "previous" at the bottom of its work page. This is the opposite of the current behavior, and it would allow a visitor to view the first work page and then click "next" on that page until they've viewed all works (without having to return to the portfolio page). Kind regards 1 LikeSamantha replied2 weeks ago on January 6, 2017 at 9:52am Hi Mats, is it possible to pay for this enhancement? Samantha replied2 weeks ago on January 6, 2017 at 9:19am Hi Mats, Ah, ok. This definitely makes sense in a blog context, where recency of posting really matters. I'm imagining someone exploring all work items in a portfolio in a designated order without the fee of "moving back in time." So they start with the first work item and then click "next" until they've seen them all, with "previous" referring to the one they've already seen. Thanks for the fast response! Best, Sam 37Mats replied2 weeks ago on January 6, 2017 at 7:54am Hello Samantha, This is normal behaviour. You can check this on the latest twentyseventeen theme from WordPress: http://2017.wordpress.net/2016/10/17/looking-for-local-artists/ . Previous means that the work items are older. Kind regards 1 LikeSamantha started the conversation2 weeks ago on January 5, 2017 at 4:25pm The order of the work items on the portfolio page doesn't match the "next"/"previous" links at the bottom of each work item (i.e. the first item on the portfolio page gives you only a "previous" link, as if it were the last work item). Am I doing something incorrectly to cause this reverse order? Thanks!
